We handle office buildings, retail centers, apartment communities, and other commercial properties in Denver, CO. One point of contact manages your quote, scheduling, and service calls. We carry general liability and workers’ comp insurance and can send a certificate of insurance and W-9 the same day you ask.

Residential Light Installations

We decorate homes all across the Denver metro. Most homeowners start with a custom-fit roofline, then add trees, bushes, windows, walkways, wreaths, or garland. Warm white is our most popular color, but any color or combination is available.

Our service is all-inclusive. One price covers the whole season, and the lights are ours, so there is nothing for you to buy, fix, or store.

How It Works

Free estimate. For most homes we measure the roofline by satellite and send a quote the same day. Trees and larger landscaping usually need a quick visit.
Agreement and deposit. A 50% deposit holds your spot on the install calendar.
Installation. Installs run from mid-October through mid-December. Most homes are done in a single visit, and you don’t need to be home.
All season. If a light goes out or a storm knocks something loose, call or text and we’ll fix it.
January. We take everything down and store it for you.

Christmas Light Installation Pricing

Every job has a $699 minimum, and most Denver homeowners spend between $1,600 and $2,600 for the full season. Your price depends on how many linear feet of roofline you have and what you add, such as trees, bushes, wreaths, or garland. Tall trees and high rooflines that need a lift cost more.
